    Job title: Senior Associate- Project Finance

    Description

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Project Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating complex financial models and validating existing ones.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop, build, and validate project financial models to evaluate investment scenarios.
    • Create project cash flows modelling, debt capacity modelling, and tax equity modelling for US power and infrastructure projects.
    • Independently structure models with onshore bankers and execute with high quality.
    • Prepare deal-related memos, including credit approval memos and investment memorandums.
    • Built relationships with clients and manage information/knowledge needs assessments.

    Required Background:

    • MBA, CFA, or CA degree.
    • 3+ years of experience in Power and Renewable Energy projects or infrastructure projects in an investment banking division.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess project investment structures, government regulations, and industry knowledge.
    • A self-starter who can work independently.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
