- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Xactly or Varicent platforms to meet complex sales compensation and incentive management needs.
- Configure and maintain compensation plans, rules, and workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and optimize data integrations between Xactly/Varicent and other enterprise systems.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the reliability and integrity of compensation calculations and reports.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Xactly/Varicent implementations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in developing and configuring solutions specifically within Xactly or Varicent platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation processes, incentive models, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- This role offers flexibility with work locations, including Hyderabad, Noida, or fully remote.
