Description

Manage technical projects from initiation to closure, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities.

· Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.

· Identify project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize the impact on project outcomes.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project team members.

· Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.

· Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.

· Manage project change requests and scope changes, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.

· Mentor and coach project team members to improve their project management skills.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· At least 5-8 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
