- Overall, 8 to 10 years of Salesforce Dev and support projects experience
- Strong experience to play technical lead who can be an individual contributor, lead, mentor and review 3 to 5 people teamwork.
- Strong functional and development experience in two or more of the following : Sales Cloud and Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience /Communities Cloud and CPQ.
- Experience in defining solutions for problems, with creating designs including data models.
- Good to have strong manufacturing, energy and utilities domain experience.
- Experience in Zoho or similar support ticketing system
- Work experience in Visualforce page, Apex Class, Salesforce configuration and Salesforce customization.
- Experience Application development tools : platform, developer console, IDE
- Experience in data Exporting and Importing Using import wizard, Data Loader, Workbench.
- Experience in data migration using Data loader and Data IO tools.
- Experience in SFDC Customized Reports, Dashboards and Processes to continuously monitor data Quality and integrity.
- Good working knowledge in querying database using SOQL and SOSL Queries using Explorer.
- Good work experience in Salesforce integration (SAOP and Rest) with third party system.
- Hands on experience in salesforce deployment process, including source control management, change sets, workbench and other tools.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple simultaneous projects and clients.
