We are seeking apassionate and experienced UX/UI Design Instructor to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UIdesign a knack for effective teaching and a desire to inspire andguide the next generation ofdesigners.

Responsibilities:

• CourseDelivery: Design and deliver engaging and informative courses onUX/UI design ensuring that students gain practical skills andindustryrelevantknowledge.
  
• CurriculumDevelopment: Develop and update course content to align withindustry trends and best practices in UX/UIdesign.
  
• HandsonWorkshops: Conduct handson workshops projects and activities toprovide students with realworld designexperience.
  
• Feedbackand Assessment: Provide constructive feedback on student work andassess their progress ensuring a supportive learningenvironment.
  
• IndustryInsights: Share insights into the latest trends tools andmethodologies in UX/UI design to keep the curriculum current andrelevant.
  
• Mentorship:Act as a mentor to students offering guidance on career developmentand industryexpectations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelorsor Masters degree in UX/UI design Interaction Design or a relatedfield.
  
• Provenprofessional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolioshowcasing successfulprojects.
  
• Previousteaching or training experience preferably in a workshop or bootcampsetting.
  
• Proficiencyin industrystandard design tools such as Adobe Creative SuiteSketch Figmaetc.
  
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively convey complex concepts in a simple and understandablemanner.
  
• Passionfor staying updated on the latest design trends tools andtechnologies.
