    Gurgaon:
    Location: Shemford Futuristic School, Redwood Street, Malibu Towne, Sector 47, Gurugram

    Delhi:
    SHEMROCK Schools, F Block, Sector 9 Rohini, Near Metro Pillar 417, Nearest Metro- Rohini West


    Working Timings:
    Monday - Saturday (6 Days Working), 9:30-6:00pm

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive at SHEMROCK Group of Schools located in Gurugram.

    As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the organization.

    Your day-to-day tasks will include managing employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee queries and grievances, implementing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.
