Job Brief:

Selligence Solutions is looking for Senior HR who will be responsible for managing one of our esteemed Global Client's fast-growing business unit & would be responsible for ambitious growth plans of 1000+ tech team in coming years in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a key role & will work closely with top leadership team for managing the entire gamut of Human Resource function from Talent Acquisition to Talent Exit. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall Human Resource-Talent strategy, HR processes/Policy, Succession Planning, Employee Retention & Wellbeing.

Role: Director/Sr. Director-HR

Experience Range: 20-22 Yrs

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Masters/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong background of HR Business Partnering with 20+ Years of overall experience & preferably from software/IT industry (Automotive industry is preferred).
• Should have strong experience in entire gamut of HR & should have ability to influence senior leadership team regarding critical talent decisions.
• Strong Business Acumen with excellent command over Talent management/retention strategies
• Strong experience in the areas of talent attraction, Talent management, Retention
• Should have experience in mentoring/coaching Teams
• Should have the ability to deliver under high pressure.
• Should have exp in managing the team as well
• Strong in HR Analytics
• Should have experience in comp & benefits policy
• Should be well versed with Industry Trends
• Strong written & oral communication
