    Digital Marketing Coordinator

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our team's efforts. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of Google Ads, social media marketing, and Meta Ads, with the ability to manage and coordinate with regional vendors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Advertising Campaigns: Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
    • Suggest optimizations to improve ROI and engagement metrics.
    • Social Media Management: Collaborate with the content team to create and schedule posts for social media platforms.
    • Monitor and engage with audiences on social media to enhance brand visibility.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
    • Manage multiple social media pages.
    • Vendor Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for multiple regional vendors handling localized marketing efforts.
    • Ensure vendors meet deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards.
    • Communicate brand guidelines and campaign objectives to external partners.
    • Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Support the development of landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing assets.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data from digital campaigns and social media channels.
    • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the marketing team.
    • Track KPIs and suggest improvements based on data insights.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 1- 3 years experience in Digital Agency
    • Brief understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing strategies.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or similar.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Brief design skills
    • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as SEO or email marketing, is a plus.
