    Role Description

    Rock My Sales is seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Marketing Specialist and Manager to join our team in Noida. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong proficiency in managing various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and YouTube.In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and collaborating with our creative team to develop engaging content for social media channels.

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , YouTube) tailored to client objectives.

    ● Curate and oversee content calendars, ensuring a consistent and effective content flow.

    ● Maintain active engagement with clients, effectively discussing, presenting, and refining creative ideas based on their briefs.

    ● Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like design, media buying & and performance marketing, and PR and influencer teams for cohesive campaign execution.

    ● Innovate and implement market campaigns that stand out and resonate with target audiences.

    ● Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, especially in the realm of video marketing, to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    ● Track and measure the success of social media campaigns through key performance indicators.

    ● Proven ability to function effectively in a cross-departmental and cross-functional capacity, ensuring alignment and integration of social media strategies with broader marketing goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven ability to create and execute successful campaigns
    • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , YouTube, and Pinterest
    • Demonstrated experience in managing a team of social media specialists and providing guidance and support as needed
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and adjust social media strategies accordingly
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneously
    • Strong understanding of video marketing nuances and trends.
    • Proven track record of creating innovative marketing campaigns and client retention.
