    ROLE -Junior HR Ops :

    Job Description:

    Recruitment Support:


    •Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.


    •Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.


    •Maintaining applicant tracking system and updating candidate records.

    Employee Onboarding:


    •Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and welcome packages.


    •Conducting orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.


    •Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

    HR Administration:


    •Providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.


    •Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.


    •Managing HR-related documentation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

    Employee Relations:


    •Assisting in resolving employee issues and inquiries, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.


    •Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team events and activities.

    Qualifications:


    •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


    •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


    •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.


    •Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
