VoIP engineer - India - ROADWAY RESCUE

ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is a leading company in the transportation industry, providing innovative solutions to assist drivers on the road. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated VoIP Engineer to join our team. As a VoIP Engineer at ROADWAY RESCUES LLC, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of reliable and high-quality communication services to our company and our valued customers. You will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting VoIP hardware and software components, integrating VoIP systems into our existing infrastructure, and monitoring the performance of our VoIP systems to identify and resolve issues.

If you have a strong understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP trunking, and codecs, along with experience with VoIP hardware and software components, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who has excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a VoIP Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP trunking, and codecs
• Experience with VoIP hardware and software components, such as IP-PBX, gateways, and session border controllers
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with Linux operating systems is preferred
• Understanding of security protocols and measures for VoIP systems
