    As a GlobalLearning Program Manager your key responsibilities are:

  • You own the specific learning portfolio enabling performance , faster acceleration of employees on the job and ensure learning needs meets the strategic goals based on the Signify business strategy.
  • You align and influence the internal stakeholder network on the key portfolio & priorities, positioning yourself as the learning expert and challenge business requests on that basis.
  • You manage the assigned internal and external resources to create easily consumable, curated and impactful learning solutions along the 70/20/10 axis, while ensuring cost conscious solutions.
  • Global learning needs derived from strategic priorities and ensure effective deployment plans in place for each geography and target audience.
  • You manage respective global vendors in collaboration with procurement.
  • You benchmark external best practices extensively and enforces on-going follow-up and continuous improvement.
  • Implement a strong collaboration between learning, Talent, your SMEs, and your stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective learning assessment across different programs(certification, accreditation, habit formation) and evaluation practices are done, and define improvement initiatives accordingly.
  • Requirements and Skills for the role

  • ExperienceStrong demonstrated experience in learning design using instructional design methodologies and demonstrated impact (based on impact metrics).International experience and worked in diverse environments.
  • SkillsBusiness savvy: Demonstrated ability to assess and to translate business strategy into leading-edge learning solutions.Edtech / Learning platforms skills: ability to work with different LMS / LXP platforms.Strong strategic, problem solving, analytical, systems thinking skills.Balancing needs and priorities of multiple, demanding customers working across the matrixStakeholder management across all levels within Signify ability to work with and influence complex senior stakeholder groups, ability to present/defend business cases and challenge business requests from a learning expert point of view.Exposure to skill development , deployment , change management and strong communication skills.Planning and project-management skills.
