    JOB DESCRIPTION HR SPECIALIST

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Specialist with an MBA and 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, induction, onboarding, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory compliance such as ESI, EPF, etc. Additionally, strong analytical, communication, drafting, persuasion, negotiation, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, relationship-building, and listening skills are required. Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel using H Look up and V Look up, is essential. Experience using various recruitment tools is advantageous, and HR certifications will be an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment:

    Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.

    Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.

    Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

    Induction and Onboarding:

    Develop and implement effective induction and onboarding programs to facilitate new employees' integration into the organization.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

    Training and Development:

    Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

    Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.

    Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

    Statutory Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies, with a focus on ESI, EPF, and other statutory requirements.

    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to statutory compliance.

    Requirements:

    Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.

    5-7 years of experience in HR domain , with a focus on recruitment, induction, onboarding, T&D.

    Hands-on experience in statutory compliance, particularly ESI, EPF, etc.

    Strong analytical, communication, drafting, persuasion, negotiation, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, relationship-building, and listening skills.

    Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel using H Look up and V Look up.

    Experience using various recruitment tools is advantageous.

    HR certifications will be an added advantage.
