    Description

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities


    • Handling incoming queries and responding to all such queries within TAT (following up on inbound

    leads from different sources, proactive cold calling; and following up on outbound marketing

    campaigns)


    • Convert Leads to Qualified Opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following

    the BANT guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their

    requirements along with timelines and budget.


    • Work closely with the Marketing team to successfully executive Marketing Campaigns for her/his

    business-territory in close coordination with the CC and NC


    • Engaging on Qualified Leads to drive them through to Win-Closures.


    • Maintaining and updating the lead generation DB, Funnel and Sales Reporting Tools and Tracker


    • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.


    • Establish & maintain strong relationships with clients, new prospects, team members, OEM/Disti SPOCs


    • Update Sales Reporting Tools (Funnel and Sales Sheets, Scorecards, CRMs, etc.) on a regular basis


    • Present the performance progress in weekly Rhythm of Business calls (reviews)

    QUALIFICATION & WORK-EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVES)


    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or related field)


    • 3-5 years of relevant (IT S/W lead gen. / Inside Sales) work-experience in a similar role for Indian

    market, with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.


    • Excellent (effective) communication skills (verbal & written) with proficiency in English and Hindi and

    interpersonal skills.


    • Hands-on understanding of Lead to Sales life cycle


    • Hands-on experience of using Lead-Gen. Tools (Lusha, Sales Navigator. Mr. E, Hub Spot, etc.), Sales

    CRM (SFDC, D365, etc.), Reporting Tools, (Google-Spreadsheet, CRM dashboards, etc.)


    • Street smart with the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.


    • High in Say-Do ratio; strong hunger to succeed, no matter the odds that may set in


    • Proactive by nature, willing to learn and a strong team player.

    PREFERRED SKILLS


    • Relevant Inside Sales experience on Tech-solution viz. Enterprise Applications, Standard ERP/CRM,

    M365, GWS, , etc.


    • Strong MIS experience and analytical skills


    • Microsoft and Disti eco-system connects and experience

    • While we all try and work as per the official work-schedules, the candidate must be open to work for

    stretched hours, if required only on need basis, just like any other team member.
