RoleOverview:
As a Team Leader in the Lead ProcessingUnit at FashionTV you willplay a crucialrole in leading and managing a team of Business DevelopmentExecutives (BDEs). Your responsibilities will include supervisingdaily operations ensuring targets are met and fostering ahighperformance culture within the team.
Key Responsibility Lead and manage a team ofBDEs in the Lead Processing Unit. Superviseand coordinate daily activities to achieve teamtargets. Provide coaching training andsupport to team members. Ensure effectivecommunication and collaboration within theteam. Monitor and report on team performanceand individualKPIs.

Requirement Minimum 45 years ofexperience in team handling. Ability to workon the ground as a caller if needed. Highlymotivated with excellent leadership and people managementskills. Ability to build train and nurture ahighperforming team. Demonstrated commitmentownership and a proactiveapproach.
