- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding hiring goals
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and define staffing needs
- Source and qualify candidates through a variety of channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments
- Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Optimize the hiring process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
