• Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding hiring goals
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and define staffing needs
• Source and qualify candidates through a variety of channels
• Conduct interviews and assessments
• Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Optimize the hiring process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
