    Company Secretary Trainer

    Our training program is tailored to provide a superior learning experience related to your chosen field:

    • You will build practical exposure while working for our diverse client base, which includes mid to large size corporates from different industries.
    • You will gain experience under Company Law, SEBI, NBFC, FEMA and other regulatory matters. These include exposure to Due-diligence, Advisory under Corporate Laws, Regulatory Compliances, etc.
    • Training, support & mentorship provided by experienced professionals that include Company Secretaries and Lawyers.

    REQUISITE QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

    The selected candidate shall pursue 21 months of Training under a Company Secretary.

    Candidates must also possess:

    • Basic understanding regarding Company Law
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Good Presentation Skills related to MS office and other commonly used technology
    • Have an excellent academic record (at least 80% in Class XII & 8 CGPA in Class X)
    • High Degree of Self-Motivation and a desire to learn
    • Ability & desire to work with diligence, integrity and enthusiasm
