Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Exotic Heritage Group in Varanasi.

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, creating and designing menus, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Culinary degree or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniquesAbility to manage and lead a team of kitchen staffExcellent time management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and creativity in menu planningKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic kitchen environment
