    About the Role:

    The Sponsorship Sales Manager will lead efforts to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities elevating the value proposition of our expos and driving revenue growth.

    This role is critical in establishing and nurturing strong alliances with businesses, brands, and industry influencers to ensure successful execution and expansion of expo events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors in the Tech event industry.
    • Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions for exhibitors.
    • Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations.
    • Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements for maximum ROI.
    • Work with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
    • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
    • Experience working on international Technology exhibitions and Conferences.
    • High-revenue target experience in the global market.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree advantageous.
    • Exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiencies.
    • Demonstrated track record in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
    • Innate self-motivation, commitment to results, and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
