    Work Experience: 6 to 8 years

    Job Profile:

    Technical responsibilities:


    •Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of critical host computers.


    •Maintain and support mission critical, front-end, and back-end production environments.


    •Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.


    •Develops procedures, programs and documentation for backup and restoration of host operating systems and host-based applications.


    •Planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects


    •Vendor Management


    •Patch Management


    •Oversees maintaining and supporting services for multi-platform or critical applications.


    •Facilitates regulatory and mandated system enhancements.


    •Experienced in network management, DNS management, understanding of network fundamentals and security best practices etc.


    •Experienced on designing, maintaining and continually improving the server infrastructure based on the capacity management.


    •Understanding of Active Directory, O365 concepts and troubleshooting.


    •Performance management of windows and Linux servers along with strong troubleshooting knowledge of server related issues.


    •Secure Key Management


    •Manage Vulnerability mitigations escalated by Security Team

    Operational Responsibilities:


    •Proven ability to take on new tasks and work independently to bring the tasks to completion.


    •Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.


    •Performs a variety of tasks & works under general supervision.


    •A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.


    •Trains others on methods, tools and techniques for supporting multiple applications.

    Skills Required:


    •Proficiency in management of servers: Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022* Server, CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu


    •Managing the team of system, network and DCOps administrators


    •Understanding of Web Servers: IIS 8.0/10.0 & DB servers.


    •Knowledge of Virtual Technologies, Cloud Computing, Microsoft Hypervisor


    •Knowledge on Firewall & switches


    •Understanding of APIs and use of APIs published


    •Understanding of Active Directory & Federation systems


    •Knowledge of Office 365 administration


    •Data Center operations


    •Knowledge on Failover clustering


    •Manage budgets for IT Infrastructure Management Services


    •Escalation Management


    •Performance Analysis & Reporting Skills


    •Knowledge on SIEM & EDR tools


    •Hands on experience on Handling International Customers


    •Customer Focus, dedicated to Customer success.


    •Self-starter and a proactive


    •Investigating, diagnosing, and analyzing technically difficult and/or politically sensitive problems.

    Desired Skills:


    •Management of Infrastructure Management Services in terms of people, process and technologies.


    •People Management, Production Support, IT Networking Concepts, Troubleshooting Database connection issues, IT Networking Protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, Telnets etc.).


    •Awareness of ITIL Framework (Certification in ITIL V4 could be added)
