- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management and have managed a team before
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and postlaunch optimization and adoption
- Demonstrated ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution
- Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis
- Demonstrate infinite ownership to drive delivery across multifunctional teams
- Track record of successfully collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Experience in defining and analyzing product metrics to make datadriven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive results
