    Role Description.

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in New Delhi.

    The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.

    The Manager will also collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Talent Acquisition:
    • Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions.
    • Supervise team in Job Posting, Screening Resumes, conducting interview and facilitating new hire orientations.
    • Lead a team of 4 5 recruiters.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain various reports spreadsheets & documents related to HR and administrative activates.
    • Reflect employee records and their data on timely basis to the management.
    • Training & Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant training programs for employees skill enhancement and professional growth.
    • Responsible for leading training team.
    • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and development plans.
    • Strong knowledge of preparing KRA & KPI.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies,. minimising potential risks and legal issues.

    SOP :
    Responsible for creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ensuring smooth operations.

    • Develop & Implementing policies : Establish new policies and procedures for building positive work environments and discipline within the organization.
    • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work. environment that fosters productivity, innovation, and teamwork.
    • Griveances handling: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated queries, policies and procedures.
    • Address and resolve employee concern, conflicts, and grievance in a fair and timely manner,.
    • Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Rewards & Recognition : Foster an environment to reward & recognize for better employee. engagement.
    • Employee Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs and manage. compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
    • HR Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present HR Department reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Organizational Development: Support organisational change initiatives and develop. strategies to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
