- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing data science team.
- You will play a critical role in extracting insights from complex datasets, developing and deploying machine learning models, and driving datadriven decision making across the organization.
- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and other data scientists to solve challenging problems and unlock the power of our data.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data science projects.
- Acquire, clean, and prepare large datasets from various sources (databases, APIs, etc. ).
- Explore and analyze data using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
- Develop and implement machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
- Evaluate and validate the performance of machine learning models.
- Interpret model results and communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing.
- Stay uptodate on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
- Collaborate with engineers to operationalize machine learning models into production systems.
- Document data science projects and methodologies for future reference.
- Participate in research and development activities to improve the effectiveness of data science practices.
- 8+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e. g. , supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data wrangling, data cleaning, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for learning and staying uptodate with the latest trends in data science.
- Experience with big data technologies (e. g. , Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- A master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
