    Head of Digital Marketing


    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Marketing Leadership:
    a) Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads.

    b) Utilize a range of digital marketing tools including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    c) Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.

    d) Oversee the creation and management of digital content across various platforms.


    Call Center Management:
    a) Manage the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in selling insurance products.

    b) Train and lead a team of call center agents, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.

    c) Monitor call center metrics and performance, implementing strategies to improve customer service and sales results.

    d) Coordinate with the marketing team to align call center activities with overall marketing strategies.


    Lead Generation and Conversion:
    a) Implement strategies to maximize lead generation from digital marketing campaigns.

    b) Develop and manage lead nurturing processes to convert leads into customers.

    c) Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts for better synergy and effectiveness.


    Reporting and Analytics:
    a) Regularly report on marketing campaign performance and call center metrics.

    b) Use data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
