You will beresponsible for identifying new business opportunities buildingstrategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through effectivesales strategies and relationshipmanagement.Responsibilities:
    1. MarketResearch andAnalysis:
    • Conductmarket research to identify potential customers market trends andcompetitive landscape in the agriculture sector with a focus onregenerative and sustainable practices.
    • Analyzecustomer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies andproduct offeringsaccordingly.
    1. BusinessDevelopment:
    • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through lead generation coldcalling networking and attending industryevents.
    • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders including farmers agricultural associationsgovernment agencies and industryinfluencers.
    1. SalesStrategy andExecution:
    • Developand implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets andexpand market share in the UK and globalmarkets.
    • Conduct product presentations anddemonstrations to showcase the benefits of our regenerative andsustainable agricultural solutions.
    • Negotiatecontracts and agreements with customers ensuring mutuallybeneficial terms andconditions.
    1. CustomerRelationshipManagement:
    • Cultivatelongterm relationships with customers providing ongoing support andguidance to maximize satisfaction andretention.
    • Address customer inquiries concernsand feedback in a timely and professional manner ensuring apositive customerexperience.
    1. CollaborationandCoordination:
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including marketing product developmentand customer service to align sales efforts with company objectivesand customer needs.
    • Coordinate with internalstakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and implementation ofagricultural solutions meeting customer expectations and projecttimelines.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Agriculture Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in salesbusiness development or account management preferably in theagriculture industry.
    • Proven track record ofsuccess in selling regenerative or sustainable agriculturalsolutions in the UK or global markets.
    • Strongunderstanding of agricultural practices industry trends andenvironmental sustainabilityprinciples.
    • Excellent communication negotiationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andcredibility with diversestakeholders.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with afocus on achieving sales targets and driving businessgrowth.
    • Selfmotivated and proactive with theability to work independently and as part of a collaborativeteam.
    • Willingness to travel domestically andinternationally asrequired.
