    The Role Context


    The HR Business Partner Leader will spearhead the development and execution of HR strategies in alignment with the foundation's goals.

    This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on implementation in areas such as performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, coaching & mentoring, with a strong emphasis on global stakeholder management and cross-cultural competence.

    The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and lifelong learning within our diverse and dynamic organization.

    • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide leadership in coaching and mentoring, supporting professional growth and development throughout the organization.
    • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a strategic partner to navigate the organization towards success
    Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • A minimum of 15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 10 years in an HR Business Partner role, including experience managing global teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong global stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.
    • Demonstrated crosscultural competence, with a deep understanding of how to manage and lead diverse teams effectively.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and outstanding presentation skills.
    • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a datadriven approach to decision making.
    • Proven track record in employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring
