- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in network engineering
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols
- Experience with network security technologies and best practices
- Hands-on experience with network hardware and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet devices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus
- Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure to meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network availability and performance
- Perform network capacity planning and recommend enhancements to support business growth
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks
