The Medical Sample Collector will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients using various techniques such as venipuncture, fingerstick, or heelstick.
In this role, you will ensure proper patient identification and accurate labeling of blood samples with patient information.
You will transport blood samples to the laboratory while maintaining sample integrity through proper handling and storage.
Maintaining accurate records of blood collections and patient interactions is also a crucial part of this position. You must comply with all regulations and guidelines in place.
Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals is key to ensuring correct sample collection and handling. You must work closely with them to guarantee that everything runs smoothly.
