    Key Role & Responsibilities:

    Wingspan, our innovative mobile-first Learning & Development (L&D) Application, is both a Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) designed to facilitate seamless learning experiences. As a Business Analyst, your primary role will be to maintain, update, and enhance Wingspan to meet our evolving learning needs.

    • Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and gather detailed requirements for the LMS/LXP.
    • Design and wireframe updates or modifications based on feedback, ensuring the best learning experience.
    • Coordinate with LMS/LXP supplier to articulate requirements and oversee the development process, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Plan and implement strategic updates to the application, enhancing functionality and user engagement.
    • Provide user support by coordinating with clients and vendor/s, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of issues.
    • Monitor engagement metrics within the LMS/LXP (usage patterns, content types, etc.), making data-driven decisions to improve learner experiences.
    • Manage data uploads and downloads within the LMS/LXP, ensuring content is current and accessible.

    Education Qualification: MBA + B.E. (Computers/IT)

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an IT Business Analyst role, with preference given to candidates possessing experience or skills in LMS/LXP environments.

    Work Duration: 6 months contractual role.

    Requirements:

    1. Functional/Technical Skills:

    – Strong capability in need analysis, developing design specifications, and wireframes.

    – Proficient in communicating detailed requirements to developers and managing implementations.

    – Experience in managing suppliers, vendors and clients directly, along with testing and feedback provision.

    § Skill Sets:

    – Exceptional analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.

    – Superior communication abilities, both written and spoken.

    – Keen attention to detail.

    – Understanding of programming basics.

    – Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

    § Leadership Skills:

    – Proactivity in undertaking new tasks and a keenness to learn.

    – Ownership of tasks and deliverables with minimal oversight required.

    – Diligence and detail orientation.

    – Openness to exploring new areas/tasks and comfort with ambiguity.

    – Strong stakeholder engagement skills, both internally across functions and markets, and externally with vendors and suppliers.

    Other Qualification:

    • Ability to work effectively within a diverse cultural, functional, and geographical environment.
    • Experience or familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) is highly beneficial.
