Description
Must-Have: A qualified MBA from a reputed institute with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail marketing.
1) Lead retail marketing initiatives in Exclusive Brand Outlets and Kiosks across the
country.
2) Understands the consumer psyche and works to identify and execute levers
that increase footfalls, in-store conversions, and consumer delight in
brand experience.
3) Hands on experience in running retail marketing initiatives, driven by tech and
new-age media.
4) Digital first approach to retail marketing with sound knowledge of the latest
digital marketing tools to drive footfall and recruit new customers.
5) Work closely with external agencies to develop compelling POS, displays
and store/account-specific promotional campaigns and material thereof.
6) Responsible for healthy and consistently growing qualified footfalls in the store
with the help of innovative marketing activations.
7) Responsible for defining, creating, launching, and managing a CRM program based
on data.
8) Seasonal launches, EOSS plan, festival plan, and communication plan to impress upon
consumers.
9) Develop ATL/BTL strategies to achieve business objectives while ensuring customer
satisfaction.
10) Work closely with the business team to report and measure monthly/quarterly KPI
goals for all EBOs and Department Stores. Work on defining key measurable metrics
in terms of business filtered from footfalls, conversion, and retention.
11) Responsible for driving the marketing campaigns for New Store launches.
