    Role and Responsibilities:

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the team and the senior support roles across the business to develop and maintain effective communication, administration of systems, share good practices and ensure that processes are completed on time
    • Provide support and direction to staff, and decides on the improvement strategies
    • Develop, embed and manage efficient business processes to ensure the effective running of the internal operations
    • Ensure queries and issues from the Gigworker community worldwide are addressed to appropriate closure
    • Supervise the team of business support staff

    Skills Required:

    • Comfortable in reading and interpreting complex data reports and dashboards
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • People management, internal/external stakeholder management and supervisory skills
    • Fluent and fast in using online productivity tools e.g. MS teams, Outlooks, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
