Description

• Collaborate closely with Platform/Software Developers, Product Management and cross regional Quality Assurance teams to identify the best strategies, coverage for delivering functional and regression test suites and all required stability / stress testing to deliver excellent quality of product to market.
• Ensure best-in-class Platform software Quality with 'out of the box' thinking to derive every possible customer scenarios for Test coverage.
• Define appropriate quality standards and perform system-wide root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with product owners, development, program management to drive QA schedules, tasks, and release activities.
• Ensure Test execution efficiency by adopting appropriate Test automation and execution strategies.
• Work closely with customer support and field teams to improve end user experience.
• Become the subject matter expert, owner of one or more components and provide technical leadership.
• Self-motivated to work both unsupervised and as part of an agile team. Collaborate to develop self and others within group.
• Participate in planning and coordinating significant technical investigations from problem statement to conclusions.
• Understand end to end product lifecycle

• Bachelors +6 yrs experience or Master +4 yrs experience in CS, CE, EE, EC or equivalent required.
• Strong Experience with Linux base of embedded system testing to analyze platform memory allocation, system performance, USB interface issues.
• Excellent knowledge of the QA process and methodologies. Ability to drive Quality Assurance programs and signoff with high quality bar.
• Experience in defining automation strategy/tool selection for improving test effectives and Time to Market
• Knowledge in Java and Python and be capable to develop script in Java/Python/ GoLang / Shell Scripts to improve test execution efficiency/coverage by automation.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex software issues and configuration problems in heterogeneous environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, test reporting and communication/interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, with a collaborative, team-playing attitude; comfortable and enjoy working with dynamic and ever evolving environments.
