- Study and Design the necessary project
- B. E/B. Tech from Mechanical or Production or Design Engineering
- Good understanding of core concepts including Mechanics, Kinematics & Dynamics
- Working level expertise on 2D & 3D engineering design tools (3D Experience, SolidWorks etc.)
- Creative & independent thinking to finish a complete project independently
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in clear & understandable language
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
