• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications tailored to the needs of the telecommunications industry.
• Customize Siebel workflows, business rules, and UI elements to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Implement Siebel integration solutions to connect with external systems such as billing platforms, order management systems, and provisioning systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize system downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on Siebel CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment within the team.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in Siebel CRM development, with a focus on telecom projects.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration objects.
• Strong understanding of telecom industry processes, such as order management, billing, and customer service.
• Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration protocols (SOAP, REST).
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
