- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in Siebel CRM development, with a focus on telecom projects.
- Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration objects.
- Strong understanding of telecom industry processes, such as order management, billing, and customer service.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration protocols (SOAP, REST).
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
