    Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Quality assurance (MuleSoft Testing)

    We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our dynamic team for a MuleSoft Implementation/Integration Project. As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist integrations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans.

    Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand integration requirements. Develop detailed test plans outlining test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Test Execution: Execute functional, integration, and regression tests for MuleSoft integrations. Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist.
  • Automation: Design and implement automated test scripts to increase efficiency and test coverage. Utilize testing frameworks and tools for test automation.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and prioritize defects. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand business processes and integration points. Participate in regular project meetings and provide testing status updates.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports for management and project stakeholders. Provide input on the overall quality of the implemented solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in MuleSoft and Salesforce testing.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the overall testing methodology.
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications we seek in you

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer in MuleSoft and Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist.
  • Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  • Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience working on Agile Scrum Methodology
  • Prior experience testing applications from legacy to latest technologies like Mainframe, Oracle Apps, Web based applications, Portals, IoS and Android apps
