    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience and be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

    Roles and Responsibility

    • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
    • Ensure high-quality food production, presentation, and taste.

    • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
    • Implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.

    Job Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
    • Strong knowledge of Italian, Indian, Continental, Bakery, and Asian cuisine.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
    • Strong attention to detail, focusing on quality and consistency.
    • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
