    Role Description

    HEADS UP This gig is COMMISSION-ONLY to start with. That's right, we're talking about riding the rollercoaster without a safety net for the first thrilling three months. If the thought of no fixed salary has you running for the hills, this might not be the ride for you.

    Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves taking the sales reins from the wild prospecting plains to the civilized lands of client onboarding. It's a journey fraught with challenges, negotiations, and the occasional wild email, but fear not, for the rewards are many (and commission-based).

    Qualifications

    • 3+ Years of experience in B2B Sales Development
    • A good recruiter network is a huge plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects
    • A self-starter who can work independently and manage their workload to meet targets
    • Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar tools
