Description

• Conduct inprocess quality checks during manufacturing to identify and address deviations from established standards.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, protocols, and documentation to ensure adherence to industry regulations
• Participate in the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality control and assurance processes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to establish and maintain quality improvement initiatives.
• Compile and analyze test results, identifying trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing test outcomes, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
• Provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Conduct internal audits and quality reviews to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation for external audits by regulatory agencies and customers, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Investigate and resolve qualityrelated issues, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to implement solutions and prevent recurrence of quality deviations.
• Provide training to manufacturing personnel on quality control processes, equipment operation, and relevant quality guidelines.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continually enhance the quality control and assurance processes.

• Person with M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B. Tech / M. Tech. (Chemical Engineering) shall be preferred.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices related to agro chemical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using various laboratory equipment and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fastpaced environment.
• Problemsolving skills and the ability to conduct thorough root cause analyses.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments and present findings.
• Prior experience in quality control/quality assurance within the chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.
