Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements for ecommerce, ERP and SaaS projects.
• Create and maintain user stories, define acceptance criteria.
• Document complex processes in existing systems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and define user needs and pain points.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help prioritize user stories and backlog items based on stakeholder priorities and business impact.
• Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and manage expectations.
• Suggest feature improvements and/or new features that address business needs.
• Participate in product discussions and provide insights into user needs and business impact.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK Guide).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze complex requirements.
• Expertise in user experience (UX) research and documentation.
• Familiarity with agile product management principles and frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs.
• Experience working in a crossfunctional environment.
• Proficiency in Jira and other relevant tools (e.g., user experience research tools).
• Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Would be a benefit :
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms and/or ERP systems.
