    Manager - Trade Marketing, Consumer PBU

    Principal Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning and Execution

    Conceptualise and drive impactful and authentic trade marketing campaigns that connect emotionally with the customers and align with overall brand and business strategy

    Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify channel and consumer needs and create programs that drive sales growth

    Build capabilities of sales teams to execute the campaigns successfully

    Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives

    Develop metrics and track the impact of trade marketing campaigns

    Pricing and Promotions

    Negotiate pricing with vendors in collaboration with procurement team to ensure collaterals, materials are supplied at the best possible price while maintaining consistent quality and company branding norms

    Develop trade marketing campaigns and promotional strategies based on product features and target markets.


    Vendor Relationships:
    Manage the companys relationship with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels.

    Collaborate with advertising agencies to ensure all materials meet company standards.


    Experience:
    12 years of experience in Trade Marketing role in mid- to large-scale organizations of repute

    Strong understanding of business commercials and marketing concepts
