    Business Development Manager BIM The Business Development

    Location: Saudi (Riyadh)

    Expereince required : 7-10 years

    Salary : As per company norms

    Manager - BIM should be a strategic thinker, capable of translating technical knowledge into client value, skilled at building and maintaining relationships in the AEC sector of middle east construction industry. His role is pivotal in advancing the adoption of BIM technology and services and driving business growth.

    Minimum Skills and Experience Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field MBA is a plus.

    Proven experience in business development or sales within the BIM or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

    Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

    Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands related to BIM.

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the AEC sector.

    Act as the primary point of contact, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and opportunities related to BIM.

    Identify potential clients, partners, and projects interested in BIM solutions.

    Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value of BIM technologies and services to potential clients.

    Collaborate with technical teams to ensure BIM solutions are customized to meet client needs and that projects are successfully delivered.

    Prepare and manage budgets, revenue forecasts and reports to track the progress of business development efforts.

    Align marketing efforts with business development initiatives

    Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Proactively identify opportunities and drive the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

    Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

    Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to BIM sales and revenue growth.

    Provide feedback from clients to inform product or service improvements.
