    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the response manager to handle lead generation and audience acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team focused on handling responses from various marketing channels, generating leads, and acquiring new audiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team responsible for effectively driving audience acquisition and lead generation campaigns.
    • Develop and implement strategies to effectively convert leads into opportunities for the sales team.
    • Analyze response handling metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
    • Oversee lead generation activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships, to drive sales pipeline growth.
    • Identify opportunities to expand our audience reach and develop strategies to acquire new customers through targeted outreach and engagement efforts.
    • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to manage lead databases, track interactions, and measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills, performance, and professional development.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and audience acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in lead generation, response handling, or audience acquisition roles, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years in a managerial or leadership position.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize performance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
    • Proven leadership abilities, include coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve goals and objectives.
