    Description

    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced Senior Active Directory Administrator to join our IT team.

    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Active Directory infrastructure in enterprise environments.

    The role requires strong technical expertise in Active Directory design, implementation, administration, and Design, implement, and manage complex Active Directory environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.


    • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory, ensuring adherence to security policies and best practices.
    • Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings, software deployments, and system configurations.
    • Monitor Active Directory replication, identify and resolve issues to maintain directory integrity and availability.
    • Implement and manage Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) for secure authentication and encryption services.
    • Plan and execute Active Directory migrations, upgrades, and consolidation projects.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory with various enterprise systems and applications.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical diagrams related to Active Directory infrastructure.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directoryrelated issues, including user authentication, access permissions, and directory synchronization.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and security standards related to Active Directory and identity management.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Active Directory Administrator in enterprise environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, including domain controllers, forests, domains, trusts, and replication.
    • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks in Active Directory.
    • Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration is a plus.
    • Familiarity with LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, and other authentication protocols.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
    • Relevant certifications such as

    Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Solutions Architect Expert,

    Microsoft Certified:
    Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
