    Role Title :
    Sales State Head
    Sales Head whowould be responsible for Generating & Managing the sales ofour faucet division . He will be responsible for al salesactivities and deliver the assigned sales target and relatedobjectives from the strategic salesplan.

    ResponsibilitiesCreate the Sales Plan Teams and Channel SalesNetwork. Strategizefor the achievement of sales target through the team by breakingdown of annual targets to half yearly then quarterly andfinallymonthly.
    Create success by creating Distribution network and achievement oftargets and keeping close check on weekly/monthly targetachievement by the Salesteam. Identifyingand networking with prospective clients generating business fromexisting accounts and achieving profitability and increased salesgrowth. Ensuresatisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timelymanner. Validatefeedback and data which is collected by sales manager from histeam.

    Developingeffective sales and marketing strategy robust and efficientdistribution of channel partners across geography for business inorder to achieve higher market and revenueshare.

    Developingthe innovative methods to generate leads through multiple touchpoints in the geography ofoperations.
    Identification of prospective markets for future network Rollout inclose coordination with Marketing and Network planningteams.

    Requirements:Minimum 1012 years of Channel Sales experience from sanitary wareFaucets or relevantindustry.
    Qualification Any Graduate/Post Graduate ni Marketing or anyequivalent degree.
    Excellent communication and negotiationskills. Should haveexcellent interpersonal and relationshipmanagement
