    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation

    ➢ Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach via phone calls,

    emails, and other channels.

    ➢ Build and maintain relationships with potential leads over time.

    ➢ Provide prospects with valuable information and resources to nurture their

    interest.

    Prospecting

    ➢ Research and target new business opportunities within the assigned market

    segments to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.

    Appointment Setting

    ➢ Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

    ➢ Ensure all necessary information is communicated to the sales representatives

    for successful interactions.

    Outreach Campaigns

    ➢ Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to engage with decision-

    makers and influencers.

    Pipeline Management

    ➢ Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing high-

    potential opportunities on a continuous basis.

    ➢ Implement effective lead generation and qualification processes to ensure a

    steady flow of opportunities for the team.

    Sales Forecasting

    ➢ Develop accurate and insightful sales forecasts, enabling proactive decision-

    making and resource allocation.

    Implement effective forecasting tools and methodologies to enhance precision

    in predicting revenue outcomes.

    Monthly Revenue Target Achievement

    ➢ Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve monthly revenue

    targets, closely monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as

    needed.

    ➢ Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and

    challenges, adjusting approaches to maximize revenue generation.

    Collaboration

    ➢ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in

    strategies and messaging.

    Documentation

    ➢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

    Continuous Learning

    ➢ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive

    landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

    Metrics and Reporting

    ➢ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular lead generation

    and conversion rate reports.

    Market Analysis and Segmentation

    ➢ Conduct thorough market analysis and segmentation to identify niche

    opportunities for revenue growth.

    ➢ Tailor business development strategies to capitalize on specific market

    segments and customer needs.
