    Job Description:


    We are seeking a talented .NET Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team in the telecom domain.

    The ideal candidate will have strong development experience using C#, .NET and related frameworks.

    As a .NET developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications for Lumen.

    The Main Responsibilities
    Design, develop and maintain enterprise grade web applications using .NET core/framework technologies.
    Work on back-end development of our applications, ensuring responsiveness and integration with other services or APIs (Application Programming Interface).
    Developing various database schemas and complex SQL queries
    Maintaining and resolving issues in a complex integration architecture. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
    Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
    Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them into operations and activities.
    Supporting various testing cycles including unit testing, integration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & regression testing
    Leveraging CI/CD pipelines as part of DevOps platforms to deliver code into test and production.
    Performing development-tier production support and software release activities
    As a part of Agile team, active participation in PC (Planning Cycle) planning, Sprint planning, daily stand-up calls, demos, and retrospective meetings

    Mentoring others in various technical areas, including business processes implemented in the team's applications and the creation and delivery of designs and solutions in accordance with architectural direction.

    Contributing to design and architecture solutions for telecommunication Digital Ordering Platform. Assist with evaluation of future state technologies.

    Working with Software Analysts, Scrum Masters/Team Coaches, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.

    What We Look for in a Candidate
    Significant software development experience using C#, ASP. Net MVC, Webservices, RESTful Web Services, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, CI/CD Pipeline etc.
    Significant experience with integration technologies including SOAP, RESTful Web Services, Swagger, SQL, SOAP Services, GIT.
    Understanding of enterprise databases including Oracle and Sql Server.
    Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries, relational and non-relational data models.
    Experience with data structuring standards including XML and JSON
    Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git and GitHub
    Automation tools including Jenkins.
    Some exposure to Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and SonarQube
    Experience with Agile and SCRUM software development methodology lifecycles.
    Strong people skills - effective communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
    Ability to work in a highly collaborative and empowered environment.
    Self-starter, can-do attitude within a fast-moving business and technical environment
    Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and oral and written communication skills
    Should have worked in software development with roles expanding responsibilities and corresponding successful deliveries over time.

    4+ years professional experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent education.

    Additional technical skills in the following areas like Splunk, App Dynamics, GitHub Copilot, Cloud message APIs and technologies, Scaled Agile.


    Essential Skills:
    Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent education and experience.
    Operational experience with development and deployment in large-scale environments
    Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting web applications for large corporations.
    Should have advanced or expert level knowledge of the following technologies .NET, C#, ASP. Net MVC, Webservices, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, CI/CD Pipeline, RESTful Web Services, Swagger, SQL, SOAP Services, GIT.
    Self-starter, can-do attitude necessary in a fast-moving business and technical environment.
    Strong problem-solving skills, time management and oral and written communication skills
    Desirable Skills
    HTML5, CSS 3.0, JavaScript/Typescript
    jQuery, Angular 15 or Any UI Framework
    Microservices
    SonarQube, Splunk, App Dynamics
    GitHub Copilot
    Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Agile, SAFe)
