    Overview:

    Support global StoneX teams across the world.

    Responsible for completing various futures, OTC and fee reconciliations, as assigned.

    Regulatory reporting and other administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reconcile companies' position and settlements vs. clearing house, carrying broker, internal companies, and prime brokers. This includes but is not limited to CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, ICE, Societe Generale and affiliate reconciliations. Must be able to analyze, recommend and build new reconciliation processes as business changes occur.
    • Maintain and monitor positions and reconciliation adjustments in accordance with exchange and CFTC regulations with escalation as required.
    • Process balancing adjustments to accounts.
    • Verify reported positions to exchanges, carry brokers, internal accounts and prime brokers.
    • Provide assistance to customers with any balancing or settlement issues with their account.
    • Review and maintain audit information on counterparty confirmation.
    • Notify Customer Service of futures resulting from daily option exercises and assignments.
    • Retrieve various settlement prices for OTC contracts and process settlements.
    • Confirm settlement amounts due to/from various counterparties and notify "OTC Cash" of payment.
    • Perform other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
    • Maintain prompt and regular attendance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration preferred.
    • Commodity industry experience preferred, but not necessary.
    • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
    • Microsoft Office experience, including advanced Excel and Word skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Excellent multitasking skills and strong experience preparing and analyzing data.
    • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail.
