Frontend Architect/Staff Engineer

1. Someone who is really solid with design principles, who refrains from directly dwelling in the implementation (should be keen to ask a lot of questions to make design better)
2. Someone who is hands-on with ReactJS and Typescript and can guide the team members as well to follow the best practices.
3. Someone who understands the scale and can push the backend team as well to define the APIs contract accordingly.
4. Someone who looks at frontend components holistically (functionality supported, data which needs to flow in component, logic which needs to be OR not needs to be in component, usages across the applications, etc).
5. Someone who has done the above for 2+ years at least with industry experience of 10+ years.
