Job Description :

Responsibilities -

1. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design methodologies and design patterns.
2. Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.
3. Facilitate peer reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and adherence to design principles.
4. Drive the development of comprehensive solution architectures, ensuring alignment with project objectives and scalability.
5. Lead the breakdown of tasks within the team, fostering collaboration and efficiency in project execution.
6. Play an integral role in release management activities, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery of solutions.
7. Very good algorithm and data structure skills.
8. Proactively identify and address bugs, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and performance.
9. Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test-Driven development.
10. Maintain and enforce rules and policies related to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
11. Assist in the preparation of release documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
12. Lead discussions with customers to understand requirements and collaboratively develop optimal solutions.
13. Oversee technical tasks related to ensuring the production readiness of solutions, including performance tuning and optimization.
14. Coordinate and conduct UAT sessions with customers, soliciting and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
15. Strong team player and excellent communication skills with high level of customer service skills.

Experience - 5 + years

Location - Bengaluru; Mumbai; Pune; Chennai; Hyderabad; Gurugram

Mandatory Technical skills - Java 8; Oracle; Web Services (SOAP); Source control software (Bitbucket); Unit testing (Junit & Mockito); Build automation CI/CD (Jenkins); TDD

Good to have skills - Apache Camel; Apache Karaf; Sonar; Basic Linux Knowledge (Commands); JMS; Hibernate; Healthcare

Requirements

Educational Qualifications - Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. ; Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
