Is your favorite part of consulting sharing knowledge? We need you to investigate new Oracle technologies + spread your knowledge of Fusion applications through Training Topics include: Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent Management, Recruiting and HCM Analytics.

As a member of Oracle Customer Success you will join a team of SMEs charged with supporting Oracle University's Fusion Applications Technology training content. You will participate in the creation, recording, delivery and sale of Oracle University (OU) training assets including but not limited to the Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Live Training Sessions, Certification, and content. The Customer Success HCM Instructor is a self-motivated professional who uses their expertise to support OU products, curate online subscription material, teach, develop, and record training content. The applicant must be eager to learn technology to support and deliver training using modern learning techniques while working in a fast-paced market and environment.

What you will bring:

• Passion for training and sharing knowledge

• 5+ years of experience working Hands-on experience working under the hood with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Practical knowledge and consulting field experience working with several of the following Oracle HCM Technologies:

o Global Human Resources

o Core HR o Benefits o Workforce Management o Time and Labor o Absence Management o Workforce Health and Safety o Payroll o Compensation o Workforce Management o HCM Analytics o Talent Management o Recruiting

• Strong communication skills
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Ability to develop, review and teach cloud content and hands on labs to practice on Oracle Cloud Services
• Experience in creating and maintaining training content (Curriculum, Audio, Video Assets)
• Executes comfortably in complex customer environments
• Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
• Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.
• Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
• Experience talking to customer key users, senior executives, appreciating business needs and nuances, project situations. Ability to balance conflicting needs and drive the project successfully forward.
• Experience managing and exposure to customer C level executives
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, excellent work ethic, goal oriented and strong team player
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high energy, and intense work environment is a must.
• Candidate should be willing to undertake some travel (25%)
